CareLi Home Medicare provides a range of home healthcare services, including:

  • Post-surgical care
  • Palliative care
  • Medical equipment rental
  • Doctor on call
  • Patient transfer services

2. Service Delivery

  • Services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with your care plan.
  • The frequency and duration of services will be determined based on your healthcare needs and preferences.
  • We strive to deliver services punctually and efficiently. However, service delivery may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or severe weather conditions.

3. Service Modifications

  • Any changes to your care plan or service schedule will be discussed and agreed upon by you and your healthcare provider.
  • You may request modifications to your care plan at any time by contacting your healthcare provider or our customer service team.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services will be outlined in your care plan and billing agreement.
  • Payments are due as specified in your billing agreement. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees. Please contact our billing department if you experience difficulties with payment.

5. Insurance

Current Status: At this time, we are unable to accept any insurance plans. However, we are working towards offering this service in the future.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel services at any time by providing notice to our customer service team. Please refer to your care plan or billing agreement for specific cancellation terms.
  • Refunds for prepaid services will be provided on a prorated basis, excluding any non-refundable fees outlined in your agreement.
