1. Registered Nurse (RN)

Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record patient’s condition and vital signs.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Valid RN license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Physiotherapist

Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Valid license to practice physiotherapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation protocols.

3. Home Health Aide (HHA)

Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Follow care plans and document services provided.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as a Home Health Aide (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home healthcare or a similar setting.
  • Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to patient needs.

4. Medical Social Worker

Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the social and emotional needs of patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement care plans to address identified needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and families dealing with illness and treatment.
  • Assist with accessing community resources and services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:
