CareLi Home Medicare is dedicated to providing high-quality home healthcare services. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel a service and request a refund. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 3 Days Before Service: If a cancellation is received in writing more than 3 days before the first day of service, no cancellation fee is charged, and a full refund will be provided.
  • Less than 3 Days Before Service: If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days in advance, a cancellation fee will be applicable. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 Hours Before Service: 100% of the fee will be charged if the cancellation is not received at least 24 hours before the service starts.

2. Changes to Reservations

Any changes to reservations must be made in writing.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 15 days and will always be made to the original payment source.
